•Create digital event invites

•Receive anonymous questions

•Public or private responses

•Moderation controls

Website Templates:

•Ready-to-use website designs

•Customization options

•Mobile-responsive layouts

Service availability and features may vary by subscription plan.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and legally.

Prohibited Activities:

•Illegal activities or promoting illegal content

•Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

•Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes

•Impersonation of others

•Malware or harmful code distribution

•Violating intellectual property rights

•Automated scraping or data harvesting

Content Guidelines:

•You are responsible for all content you create

•Content must not violate laws or third-party rights

•We may remove content that violates these terms

•Repeated violations may result in account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments & Billing

Subscription Plans:

•Free plan with basic features

•Pro and Business plans with premium features

•Prices displayed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes

Payment Terms:

•Payments processed via Razorpay

•Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

•Cancel anytime from your account settings

Refund Policy:

•7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

•No refunds for partial months after 7 days

•Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Price Changes:

•We may adjust prices with 30 days notice

•Existing subscribers locked at current rate until renewal

Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

•SadaivDigital brand, logo, and trademarks are our property

•Platform code, design, and technology are proprietary

•Templates and assets are licensed for personal/business use only

Your Rights:

•You retain ownership of content you create

•You grant us license to host and display your content

•You may export your data at any time

Restrictions:

•Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform

•Do not use our brand without written permission

•Do not redistribute templates or assets

•Respect third-party intellectual property rights

Liability & Disclaimers

Service Availability:

•We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

•Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

•We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Limitation of Liability:

•Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

•We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

•We do not warrant that services will be error-free

Disclaimer:

•Services provided "as is" without warranties

•We do not guarantee specific results

•You use our services at your own risk

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Your Right to Terminate:

•Cancel subscription anytime from account settings

•Delete your account and data

•Export your data before deletion

Our Right to Terminate:

•Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms

•Terminate for non-payment

•Terminate with 30 days notice for any reason

Effect of Termination:

•Access to services ends immediately

•Data retained for 30 days, then deleted

•Outstanding payments remain due

•Terms that should survive will remain in effect

Governing Law

Applicable Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution:

•Attempt informal resolution first by contacting support

•Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator

•Arbitration in Patna, Bihar as final resolution

•Courts of Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction

Severability:

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Entire Agreement:

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and SadaivDigital.
